Since 1998 up to now this company cooperates with RusTelCom in the sphere of digitization and implementation of broadband access services for city communication network in the regional center, Irkutsk. During these years there have been replaced analogue stations for digital ATSs "ELCOM", has been modernized communication network of Irkutsk State University and has been installed telephone system of several housing developments and cottage estates using multi-functional equipment "MageLan".
"Cooperation between JSC "RusTelCom" and JSC "Sibtelcom" started in 1998. Back then there was a wide range of domestic and imported communication equipment on the market. However, Sibtelcom has chosen Elcom equipment, produced by RusTelCom.
Long-term operation has proven high reliability of the equipment. Small size and low power consumption significantly reduce maintenance costs."
