- Collection and storage of statics data on equipment operation for further processing
- Access to HelpDesk system. Creation of support applications inside the system and tracking their status
- Constant monitoring of equipment operability and results analysis for solving potential problems
- Version control for installed software. Software updating. Expert advice on installation of updates. Remote software update.
- Reserve storage of configuration data.
Warranty period for supplied equipment is 12 months from the date of full delivery and start-up or 24 months from full delivery to customer, in case it is not specified otherwise in supply contract.
Warranty period for all software is 12 months since final handover of the station, in case it is not specified otherwise in supply contract.
