While RusTelCom provides supply and commissioning of its own equipment, we also offer complex IP telephone network project solutions which are ready to install and operate.

A complex solution project goes through the following stages:

1. Preparing and approval of technical requirements (TR)
2. Development and presentation of engineering and technical solution (ETS)
3. Development of engineering project and documents (EP and ES)
4. Equipment and material supplies
5. Construction and installation
6. Commissioning and start-up
7. Staff training
8. Warranty maintenance and technical support
9. Post-warranty maintenance

Primary components of a complex solution

IP automatic telephone station (server + software + licenses) produced by RusTelCom Ltd.

Compact server (up to 2000 ports) with duplicated hardware (two “blades”) in one 1.5U high case for installation to 19” stand.

Medium server (up to 10000 ports) consists of two physical servers (the second server is designed for reserve, but one server is also acceptable) in 1U high case for installation to 19” stand.

Large server platform – up to 30000 ports.

Detailed server configuration is checked during ETS development and (or) EP and ES preparation. It may be complemented with other components such as additional HDD for recordings storage etc.

Gateways / line concentrators (access nodes) for connection of analogous users (FXS) produced by RusTelCom and other plants.

Modular gateway up to 300 FXS ports with expansion increment of 20 analogous users executed in 6U case for installation to 19” stand.

Separate gateways for 2, 4, 8, 16, 24, 32, 36, 72 FXS analogous ports in 1U case (the versions for 2, 4 and 8 ports are only available in desktop cases).

Digital bitstream E1 gateways prodced by other manufacturers.

The gateways are available in desktop case for 1 and 2 E1 streams or in 1U case for 1, 2 or 4 E1 streams that may be installed to 19” stand.

Support of telephone signaling  EDSS1 (PRI), R2 MFC, SS7.

2 wire connection line gateways by other producers.

Separate 2 wire connection line gateways for 4, 8 and 16 ports in 1U case.

GSM gateways by other producers

Gateways for 1, 2, 4 and 8 GSM lines (850/900/1800/1900 MHz)

19” telecommunications cupboards by other producers.

Depending on customer demands and requirements the gateways are available in wall or floor cases from 6 to 47U high with various arrangements.

CTP cross equipment.

In stands, in separate cupboards, in installation boxes for general telecommunications cupboards etc. Additionally, the equipment may be provided with complex or individual power and/or voltage protection.

FTPS 60 V power supply.

Powersafe and FIAMM batteries.
